Today's plant of the day is Echinacea Lakota Orange!
Well-branched, full plants with mounds of narrow, dark green pointed foliage produce an abundance of colourful, single flowers. Long-stalked daisy-like flowers with conical orange centres surrounded by many drooping broad soft orange petal rays that display incredible colour.
A vibrant addition to any patio containers but a real showstopper in the garden border. Cut back stems as the blooms fade to encourage further flower production. Expect flowers from July to October.
