Grampy’s Tea Shed loyalty scheme terms and conditions
 

  1. To be able to participate in the Loyalty Scheme you will need to obtain a loyalty card in advance, from Care In The Garden at Park Road, Wootton.

  2. The Loyalty Scheme is only available to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years old or older.

  3. Only one card per person is permitted and it is not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations or similar entities.

  4. When a Loyalty Card holder purchases a hot drink from Grampy’s Tea Shed at Care In The Garden (Park Road, Wootton), they will receive 1 stamp on their loyalty card for each hot drink purchased.

  5. The Loyalty Card holder must have their Loyalty Card present at the time of their transaction in order to receive a stamp.

  6. Once a Loyalty Card holder has received their 9th stamp, they are then entitled to 1 Free hot drink at Grampy’s Tea shed (Park Road, Wootton). This offer may only be redeemed once per Loyalty Card.

  7. Once redeemed, any Loyalty Card with 9 stamps will be retained by Care In The Garden.

  8. The Loyalty Card holder may only receive a stamp for their own purchases at Care In The Garden, and not for any purchase made by another Loyalty Card holder or a person who does not have a Loyalty Card.

  9. Loyalty Cards may not be sold, offered for sale, or used for any other commercial purposes whatsoever.

  10. Any Loyalty Card which appears in the absolute discretion of Care In The Garden to be photocopied, counterfeit, illegible, stolen, damaged, tampered with, or altered in any way without Care In The Garden’s consent, will be invalid for all purposes and will be retained by Care In The Garden.

  11. Care In The Garden reserves the right to prohibit any cardholder who breaches these Terms and Conditions from participating in the Scheme.

  12. Any Loyalty Card distributed as a part of the Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other Care In The Garden offer or promotion unless otherwise stated by Care In The Garden.

  13. Care In The Garden’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of its rights or discretions in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding.

  14. The Scheme shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings arising out of or in connection with it.

  15. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining terms shall survive and remain in full force.

  16. Care In The Garden reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme at any time without giving any notice to cardholders or any other persons.

  17. Care In The Garden shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, pandemics or epidemics, government actions in response to pandemics or epidemics, supervening legislation, technical and computer faults, system failures, network errors, website unavailability, hacks on the system, personal computer issues, failures and malfunctions or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure or any other issue out of our reasonable control.
