This vacancy would suit someone with additional needs who is interested in working in the retail sector. The role is for 2 - 4 hours per week and it is on a voluntary basis i.e. not paid employment.

You would be involved in the general aspects of shop work including:- shelf filling, till work, stock movement and helping customers.

This role will enable you to develop your teamwork skills, as you will be working alongside an established team of staff, as well as receiving support from your Flourish Work Buddy. You will also have the opportunity to show that you can carry out instructions given to you by your supervisor/ manager. 

One to one support will be provided by one of our Flourish Work Buddies. Transport to and from the place of work will also be provided. Support costs may apply.
