Today's plant of the day is Anigozanthos Kangaroo Paw!
This iconic Austrailian plant has a rich history of being an important ingredient for medicines for the Aboriginals. It features beautiful tubes of oranges, yellows and pinks atop strong, tall stems.
This very versatile plant flourishes in many sun conditions and locations - plant it inside in the conservatory or outside in the garden border. This plant likes wet roots so be sure to fill the waterbuffer in the pot every 3 days or so.
